L'Osteria in Munich

Very good food, but advertise with a delivery service that doesn't even deliver to your district and you have to pick up the food yourself in the end. Although the next restaurant is not far away.

Picked up pizzas. Everything is good, everything is delicious!

Pizza tasted good and was very large. The service seemed slightly annoyed.

World class pizzas, even if it's "just" a chain. Very tasty and, above all, nice and attentive service staff. On weekends you have to make a reservation in advance, otherwise you have to stand your legs in your stomach for hours.

Very poor service, the order itself and drinks were waiting for an incredibly long time in an empty room, for food: tomatoes in Caprese are completely unripe, and salt? Is such a serving of salt in a restaurant appropriate? And sit with a dirty plate endlessly? Risotto was not bad, but for him and put a plus star !!!

The service is really lousy. The staff is totally overwhelmed and very badly organized, actually a shame because the food tastes very good.

Delivery service is a disaster. The pizza arrived cold and totally "melted".

Price-performance ratio is quite good. But it's system catering. I would prefer a personal touch

2020-8: friendly and courteous staff. Delicious meal. Huge pizzas! Small complaints were resolved immediately! Top staff. -1 * Pizza tomato with basil came without basil, on our complaint they said the basil is out! Can happen but then you have to tell the guest beforehand!

Very long wait times for delivery (1 3/4h instead of the promised 40mins when ordering) and the staff in the restaurant wasn't able to tell us when the Pizzas would arrive.. Not gonna order there again.

We were celebrating a Bday there and we couldn't complain! Also by fully booked restaurant was everything on time and the food.. as known in L'Osteria! Would recommend it!

Reserved six weeks in advance, showed up five minutes before the appointment, accompanied from the reception to the reserved table and a surprise: the table has just been given to someone else by another service person. Our lack of understanding was only met with a succinct "Sorry". In addition, the "corona concept" indoors, as another user wrote, was more than questionable due to the narrow space.

Best Pizza so far in Muenchen. Big one...and tasty

Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious. The pizza was very big and you can eat two people.

The food is good in the usual quality. During my visit, I unfortunately had to wait a long time to be able to pay, as I was referred to the employee who was on break. But since I cannot rate whether this is a rule, I still give it 4 stars!

1.The waiter who was attending to seating took a whike to arrive 2. We didnot understand that winter garten option takes less time to seat, that was out bad as my duetcsh is not that good. 3. The waiter took a long time to arrive to take the order. 4.My order came soon but my husbands pizza arrived when i was almost done with my food. The food was very good! I am a vegetarian and i loved the Panzeroti made, but service could have been better. But we like the food and will drop in again, hopefully to a better service:-)

First of all: we had to wait even though we had made a reservation. But thankfully the waiter serving us was nice. We were ”welcomed“ with awful and loud concert music, it was so distracting in our ears that we could not keep up a normal conversation. Our food came after 20-30 minutes, I didn‘t keep track of time but it was longer than expected. Now coming to the worst part - the food. My friend ordered a pasta dish, which was fine. But my dish, which was a Zucchini Pasta dish with Scampi and Tomatoes - was so awful that I had to put a lot of salt and parmesan in it - note that I despite a lot of salt in my food. The lack of flavor was so disappointing, because I only heard good things about L‘Osteria‘s food. I couldn‘t finish it, even with a very hungry stomach. I couldn‘t express my criticism to the waiter because of the loud music and he was in rush because of the full restaurant. Sadly, L‘Osteria will not be my first choice of restaurant ever. Only two stars because the food of my friend was okay.

Good and easygoing place

Big pizza for small money. And it actually is a pretty good pizza. Loved the crust.

The salad was perfecto, fantastic pizza, the lasagna tasted like it came straight out of Chef Boy R Dee's family sized CAN. Since the salad and pizza were very good 3 stars it would be 5 due to the ambience , Rossini oder der letze grund of the old German TV show filmed on site in the 80's or 90's

A good place to visit if you are tired of Bavarian food.

I always like the style and atmosphere of the restaurant. It's not a 5 star restaurant but for a casual beer or an Aperol Spritz in summer accompanied with a meal is a good go for it.

I went there with friends. Cozy place with cheerful environment. Perfect for group of people. I ordered Pizza Margarita which is big in size. And the taste is super. But the problem is with the order. The service not good may be because there are lots of customers. I had to ordered my beer 2 times and it takes long time to bring it. One of my friend ordered pizza which she had wait to more than 20 minutes which is bad because we are eating. I hope in future they will take care of this problem.

Good italian restaurant with a good menuand good service

I had the reservation online one week ago, and the email read "If we do not respond to this email, please consider your request as confirmed." However, I made a call that day to reconfirm the reservation, First, they told me that they couldn't find my reservation; after I told them that I had received the email, they told me I could only have a table outside. But the temperature is -3°C in the evening!!! This is not the principle of service AT ALL!!!

Overall not great, why: Waitress - She became nicer over time, nothing to complain. Food - Aubergine on pizza could have their skin removed, they slice it vertically so on the side you really eat just skin. Salad and Pasta were ok. Service - Fun start here, on a Sunday midday with half the restaurant empty (empty outside and half empty inside), it took them: - 18 minutes for the pizza (this is OK, these restaurant usually some take away orders to process) - 22 minutes for the salad (assume they killed the chicken in the meantime) - 25 minutes for kid pasta !!! WTF ?! Kid pasta so pasta oil and cheese !!! It's like they went to the farm and did the parmigiano while we waited... So yes, what is on the right of the picture, what takes you 10 min to do at home, takes this restaurant 25 minutes with half of their tables empty. Ha and yes, they don't have noise dampers under their chairs so some make awful noise if you dare to move it while seated.

Pizza was good and prices low for Munich standard. The staff was not so careful and the waiting time is very long

Quite similar to other Losterias. Very nice pizza, its easy to share one Pizza by two people and you can also have different options per half of a Pizza which I love about the concept. The Nordbad location is a bit more cozy than some other locations which makes it also a nice place for a weekend dinner with friends. The wine selection could be better though. Also, expect rather stressed waiters and make very clear what you want to get.

We came here as a group of 15 after a long night of searching for a resteraunt. We found this amazing place with such good food at huge amounts and amazing prices. Great vibes and taste of music. A must visit if youre anywhere near here. Cool resteraunt very epic

Favourite pizza place in Germany!

Munich has about a handful restaurants of the "L'Osteria" franchise, and out of the ones I could try so far this one is clearly my favourite one. Nicely decorated and large enough so you have a chance to getting a table even on short(er) notice, but still quite cozy combined with the delicious trademark (wagon-wheel sized) pizzas definitely make this a recommendation. Service also was excellent when we visited - we'll definitely be back soon!
